En Passant?

Capturing en passant means: taking a pawn which has moved two squares as if it had moved only one square (with your own pawn). This does not apply to your indicated position.
As above - en passant prevents the opportunity of your opponent using his 2 square jump from evading capture by your pawn. Your opponent only need move 1 square forward but chose 2.....

2. En passant hurts
To answer your question: You can only capture en passant if your pawn is on the 5th rank, so that your opponent's pawn will be directly adjacent to your pawn.

Your pawn on a6 is not on the 5th rank, it's on the 6th.
