no chance to escape ... and return to my original setting 5/2

after temporarily accepting a game with time different to my settings it was not possible to return to my own setting because of instant challenges .. so I had no other option than refuse every challenge to have a chance reach my own setting
but after four times without success I was blocked
that leads to a long time experienced problem
If there are no opponents with my time settings(p.e 5/2) and I try other offers(to overcome waiting time p.e. 1/1), then , after finishing this game, my setting stays temporarily in 1/1 .. offers in that setting are unintentionally accepted .. and I have no chance to escape ... and return to my original setting 5/2
I see this as a fundamental flaw or malfunction in this software !!!! ..what should be improved!!!

I have no idea of your problem. What did you do first? Creating a 1+1 game by clicking New Game?

OP's profile shows they play 360 almost exclusively. Usually 3+2. But around the time of the original post, they played a 5+0, then aborted four more 5+0 games, before returning to 3+2.

Is it possible, OP submitted multiple "Create a Game" requests, and they were all queued up in the system? As soon as the first one completed, the next one started? I'd be surprised if lichess allowed more than one in the lobby at a time.

I don't know what is meant by 5/2 and 1/1. I don't see 5+2 or 1+1 in the recent games.
