You perfectly can. It's decent and surprising and can get you interesting positions early on.
Its terrific against players that dont know the best response is 3. . . . d5. You can play it against higher rated competition, but your enthusiasm might dim once you start seeing a lot of d5. Its not that its terrible against 3. . . . d5, but it wont be what your getting now and liking.
