What's up with the puzzle trainer?

Not sure If its just my experience, but at least 3 or 4 out of 10 puzzles have multiple solutions with the "same number of moves" as the "correct" answer.

So if its mate or material to win in 4, puzzle trainer docks me for an incorrect answer when there is an alternative answer that also wins in 4.

Wouldn't this be a little misleading and not necessarily good for one's morale if you're training to be better at calculation?

I'm being nitpicky, but CT-Art gives you points for both alternative answers.

Otherwise, LiChess is still a fantastic online community with amazing tools.
I saw the blog post and really hoping for a more "CT-Art"-esque tactics trainer as stated in #1
@seanysean

Thanks. Lichess has been amazing. I may even consider a shelling some $ to this site because developer support is pure dedication.

@purefan

I like the difference between Lichess tactics trainer and CT-art. I think Lichess derives a lot of the tactics from real-life played games are opposed to "tactical themes" taught by CT-art.

My issue with Lichess is that some tactical sequences have two correct answers because they lead to the same result in the same amount of moves. They are both forced. But I get docked. Ouch.
@roni_chessman that was my point :) I take some pride in my tactics rating and would also enjoy it a lot less if a seemingly equal solution does not receive the credit it deserves.
