i dont make many mistakes but did i play well?

3 inaccuracies and 2 mistakes seems pretty good for a mid 1600 rated player. Bringing the Queen out seemed like a waste as it was attacked with a bishop immediately and you had to withdraw it. This did not result in any major damage to your position but in a tight game would result in a damaging loss of tempo or failure to capitalise on potential attack/defense building. It's a point to note that you can't use you queen to fight with lesser pieces in the opening or mid game without substantive support from your pawns and pieces and your queen must be the last to capture in a series of multiple exchanges, that is, unless you are exchanging queens or you have forced mate. Another point is don't get too carried away with feelings of superiority winning against significantly weaker opponents, as reaching strong positions, like yours, has two factors, your good play and their weak play. Sometimes it's the battle of the least mistakes, inaccuracies and blunders. I wouldn't be too pleased if I had 5, 3, 2 and won against a 200 points lower opponent who ended up with 7, 5, 3 IMB count. Despite the nit picking comments :), I think you should be well pleased with your game.
Got to say I don't think the queen move was necessarily a bad one. However, I suspect Qb6 might have been a slightly better follow up than Qc7.
You played well, i think you should try to develop your pieces faster before trying to attack (knight moved 3 times before finishing development)
Also try not to help the opponent develop his pieces. When you gave check with the queen you gave him the ability to get his bishop out, and you had to move your queen again, losing a tempo (he made 2 development moves when you only moved your queen)
