tired of these stupid laggers

Is there a way we can see someones connection before we play? im tired of getting these stupid 3rd world country players and there horrible connections.....i played a few bullet games with some and they can make 20 moves with 2 seconds left its like there time never runs out its inpossible to play these poor idiots with there connections .

I was 152 wins and 26 losses until this laggers started playing me one guy said he was from sir lanka .....and he had the most horrible connection i lost to the poor idiot also im now 4 wins and 15 losses in my last 20 games i think ....im now 156 wins with 42 losses im sick of this african monkeys playing chess with there lag

also i was 2288 rated until these lagging players from argentina and sir lanka and africa started playing me i would move and then they would take 5 seconds to move but then they got 10 seconds put back on there clock it was like i was playing handicap with this idiots
