GM Raffael

I don't think he is a cheater. Because there is regularity. When somebody makes a move, we subconsciously take same amount of time on the next move on the average. You can look at this game's move times and notice, that it is like mirroring, reflection of trees in water. Of course might be there is a program that takes this into consideration, but I haven't ever seen such program.

The game with 1400 opponent I dont think a very, very strong player wasting playing and lose...
But I still think that it might be a mistake and he is not a cheater)
ttttttttttt: Using approximately the same time for each move is more like a sign of computer assistance. You could just stop the computers calculation after one second or two, and it'll win everything. Looking at GM_Raffael's games, it definitely looks like a computer. And now he's marked as a cheater too...
Assios: I told nothing about the same time for each move. I was talking about other things. But I think you are right, he used approximately the same time for each move. But also if you will look at many games of thinkabit, you will notice that he often uses the same time for every move of his game, too. So may be it's normal for strong player or thinkabit is a cheater? http://en.lichess.org/VloPft3e This for example.
Of course you couldn't just derive the likelihood of cheating from how long a player uses on each move; the most important factor is the playing strength (comparing moves to computer analysis). I was just saying that regularity is not a proof that a player isn't cheating. I'm sure we can trust the algorithms used for determining whether a player is cheating or not.
And another thing is that some of his moves takes only 0 seconds - was done immediatly. So either he input that moves by himself either it was very fast program.
