If I don't have a plan in the gym I typically do 5x5 Stronglifts, although I've been doing Kris Gethin DTP

Who else here lifts? Get at me

I do workout a little too as I like the principle of the "kalos kagathos" ideal, although I'm not lifting that much because my primary goal is basically to have the Discobolus' body and not a bodybuilder's one.
Come at me brah.

Personal best as following:

Squats: 120kg
Deads: 180kg
Bench: 118.5kg

I squat highbar atg and I dead with a narrow stance and a narrow grip. Right now I'm weaker than my personal bests because of injuries and not lifting at all due to work issues for the last 2-3 months.

I don't know my 1rep max perfs but i do 10@105 bench, 10@130 squat atg and 10@150 DL
I'm deadlift one time per month :)
Yep Squat has always been super low due to me not squatting enough in the beginning of my training career.
I've just started - last week. My brother is a professional athlete and he's training me.
I've been going to the gym for about a year. My personal bests:

Bench: 160 lbs (shoulder-length grip)
Deadlift: 225 lbs (semi-wide grip, little over shoulder length)
Squat: 190 lbs

I'm looking to get better at bench, and I'm working incline bench into my workouts so I can develop my upper pecs better. I also do machine flyes and dips.

What recommendations do you have for alternative chest exercises?
I recommend that you should not worry about number-chasing (my brother's expression) with regard to personal bests at weight; rather, it's about repetitions.

Incline bench is my favourite. I was blessed with a naturally large frame (48 inch chest - that's 121 cm) and as a classical musician I've some muscle already. The incline bench isn't a problem for me at all. I struggle on ordinary stuff like squats.

With deadlift I started at 220 lb, and hit 240 lb in session 3. Squat, I'm still down at around 100 lb. Bench we're talking about 190 lb. So you can see where my weakness lies.
