Icon to the right of the name/Значок справа от имени

To the right of my name is an icon - a golden lichess icon. Please tell me what it means.
Справа от моего имени находится значок - золотая иконка личесса. Подскажите пожалуйста что она значит.

It's a new addition by Lichess called flairs. If you go to settings then you can either change your flair, or disable it.
