Blocking by Lichess

Hello,i would like to complain about blocking. I have corrupted laptop,he goes off every 30 minutes by itself. Thats my reason why i disconnect every 30 minutes.. sometimes durin games(many times in completly winning position for me! Since this is my only computer and cant buy new one at the moment.. Its just completly unfair to get blocked for 3 hours!!! cause of one disconnection!! Its not my fault. or intention! So i would like this please to stop! Ok?

I Guess a person gets blocked temporarily for 3-4 disconnections i.e when game says opponent has left the game(at least 3-4 games)

Get a new computer then

You will play 3+0 games and also complain. How will both happen at once? Either buy a new computer or play correspondence
