My rating is more variable than other people's

It's like I'm provisional, except I've played more games than my opponents.

It's only for classical. I generally gain/lose 10-20 points per game with roughly equal opposition, and my opponents gain/lose around 5.

I searched but couldn't find anyone else like this.

Oh actually, it's for rapid too.
I don't feel like this answers my question; why would my rating vary more than someone who's played fewer games than me?
Factors contribute toward uncertainty (high deviation) of a rating:

1. Playing opponents who have a high RD and/or aren't close to your rating
2. Inactivity: on Lichess, RD gradually increases with time
3. According to http://www.glicko.net/glicko/glicko2.pdf rating volatility is a factor although I don't know to what extent that is the case on Lichess.
You've only played 10 rated rapid games and 14 classical games this year. Your most recent Classical opponent only joined on December 30, and he's already played 72 games.

His RD is 47, while the minimum is 45. Apparently 1 game/day is about enough to reach and/or sustain a near-minimum RD.
Your rating deviation is 69.88, which is quite high than the normal 45, the more you play the lower it will go
Ah okay, thanks for your answers everyone, that does clear it up.
