Take some rest from chess, don't quit it. Get more sleep, and play when your mind is clear.

Instead of quitting playing chess... Quit playing Ultra Bullet. You learn many bad habits playing ultra bullet and you apply it to blitz and rapid. Hope this helps.

Try, try but don't cry! You can do it! :)

It does not matter you do blunders and mistakes . what matters is you should rectify it the next time even you are not able to do it do not lose hope even if you play badly at openings play like stockfish in middle and endgames. i hope you are smiling now :) @A_0123456
