Lichess is one of the best free chess sites. But I never understand how it calculates lag time. Why time spent in reconnecting spent on players clock? Reconnecting is not a cheat.

There are currently more than a thousand players online, but why no one accepting my challenge for a game? And on the list there is only one players seeking a game...

I don't know about ratings but if they play rated games people should never be able to choose the colour. I mean the colour must be random.
