Do you give a rematch?

It would be interesting to know. Do you give a rematch?
I say to myself. I mainly play in tournaments.
And in ranked games, interesting match of 10 parties.
I believe that those who want revenge basically gamblers.
Who do not want to lose rating. They don't like losing.
I like to play tournaments, because there is how well you play that opponent you'll get.
Now I have a rating of 1860 and the average rating of my opponents 1880.
That is the equality.
Also equality in the victories and defeats.
I believe that everything is true.
I offer rematches and then they decline b/c they know their previous win was a swindle.
I will never ask for a rematch. I will almost always accept if it was a good game - win or loss. If the game was a blowout, I will not accept. Sometimes if my opponent blunders and resigns and asks for a rematch, I will accept. But if it happens twice, I choose not to.
I almost always give 1. Unless a player tries to win on time in a hopeless position or is rude. Then again I usually stop at 3-0 unless the games have been interesting, because I think the point has already been made.

If the games are interesting I don't mind playing 10 straight, win or lose, but series like that are a rare treat, usually either player is off their best game on a given day.

If I lose I always ask for a rematch because that's how I improved to my current level.

How about considering all games as if they were computer opponent. Then ask yourself: Why ask a remach with a computer? Did the computer talk to me? Am I trying to please a computer? Oh ! The computer was rude? How is that possible, if it did not chat with me ?

Ah..., yes, I also play players that chat with me.
Yes those opponents get a rematch, if they want one, but I must want one too. It takes two to play, but some prefer to play alone.

When I am playing a new chess opening, it nearly feels like I am trying on a new hat, in hope of finding one that will fit my needs. When it does not fit, I don't want a rematch.

Playing chess on the internet is like driving a car.
Some get road rage while others chess rage.
In my life I played basketball, baseball, and football from k-12. After each game we shook each other's hand and said good game. With that being said I always tell my opponent in chess gg no matter if I lost or won. When they tell me gg back and I want to play another game I will because they showed good sportsmanship to me. If my opponent doesn't tell me gg and/or starts cursing me and trying to have a rematch I press decline. When someone talks crap during the game I automatically disable the chat so I can focus on what I need to do to win. After the game I click block user so I never have to deal with that immature player ever again.
I seldom play outside of lichess tournaments just to avoid that kind of stuff. In fact, the tournaments are the reason why I switched to lichess.
Depends on the situation. Often I only have 20 minutes or so I have time for exactly one classical 10 minute game. If I have more time and had fun I will accept a rematch, I don't think I've ever offered one though. I request an analysis after every game so i usually like to look at that first to see where I can improve.
