How do I improve?

So I've been playing a few games almost every day for about a year now(not on this account), however I still lose pretty much every game, and it's really starting to get annoying. I analyse most of my games to try and learn what I did wrong, but I honestly don't think I'm getting anywhere.

Any ideas why I'm not improving?
You should read some chess books about opening in chess and watch chess master games or learning videos, but also you need to learn chess tactics and combinations like skewer ,fork etc. ,and see these combinations on the board.Very important thing is also endgame. It's very complex, but this is a thing, that you should learn.

Good luck.
I looked at your games and it seems like you do know what to aim at and get quite playable positions out of the opening. However you made a lot of blunders and therefore lost most your games. Getting rid of those one or two errors would greatly improve your play and results.

Tips:
-get a clear formula for making a move: 1) check what your opponents last move threatens, 2) do you have any threats of your own, 3) come up with some candidate moves 4) choose one of them 5) double check does that move hang anything, only then make it
-quite often you had a lot of weaknesses in your positions ie. weak squares, vulnerable king or bad pieces. Make sure you don't make unnecessary pawn moves, try to keep your pieces on solid squares where they are flexible and make more effort to safeguard your king position
-don't let anger or frustrations affect your play, if you feel annoyed and resign games quickly when you make one mistake take a small break and and try to be more positive next time you play

I believe that if you just play a few solid games where u have good pieces and no pawn weaknesses u should win against low level opposition.
You can see commented videos and analyze games of players strongs.
I have analyzed your last game and I see that you have 0 vision of game , so you should do tactics man
@azuaga don't write these things.I also haven't any vision of chess game, but when i'm relaxed then i try my best.
I think playing slow games and doing lots of tactics puzzles should help your play a lot.
As much as I don't practice what I preach, I think it's important to take a game slowly, and try to let as much of the position sink into you as you can.

I'd recommend 15|10 or 15|5 games, and lots of tactics.
I appreciate the advice, but what do you mean by "vision of game" azuaga?
5 min + 8 s/move or 5 min + 3 s/move is good, but you should use your time. You often lose with most of your time remaining on your clock. You sometimes resign after a few moves without any reason to do so. Just play on till the end.
In my opinion, is important...
1. Play many games, if it possible, every days,
2. Learn from you mistakes (you can use software of Lichess)
3. Analyze your games,
4. Read some selected book, writed for important chess players.
5. And remember "Success consists of going from failure to failure without losing enthusiasm" (Winston Churchill)
@Betelgeuze7 Actually won a game while keeping your tips in mind. I think my biggest issue is not using my time(like @tpr mentioned) and moving on impulse instead of really thinking before acting, sometimes when I sit and think though a move and notice i've been using a lot of time I decide to move another piece, even though it might be a weak move. So from now on n1 priority is learning to manage my time better. Also @risky-chess got any specific books would you recommend?
